House rules regarding appointments at Dermacarebysharon

CANCEL

If you wish to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can do this at the bottom of the confirmation email (up to 48 hours before the appointment), by telephone or by email. For cancellations at a later time, 25% of the treatment price will be charged as a cancellation fee. If you do not show up without notifying us ( no show), the treatment will be charged at 100%. This is for the sake of mutual respect. We can no longer fill the reserved place. We often have to disappoint customers because of a full agenda. It would be a shame if we could actually have given that place to someone else

ACCESSIBILITY

Beauty salon DermacarebySharon is easy to reach by bicycle, car and public transport. Parking is possible on the public road in front of the salon. If this spot is occupied, you can also park on the public road further down the street.

PAYMENTS

With us you can pay with cash, PIN or payment via a payment app on your phone.

HYGIENE

Hygiene is highly regarded in the salon. I expect my clients to also take care of this. Used instruments are cleaned and disinfected after each treatment.

DATES

To ensure complete peace of mind for our clients, no telephone calls are accepted during the treatments. This makes us very difficult to reach by telephone.
